Avalon Down?

I tried to connect yesterday evening around 7 GMT and kept trying every now and then up until 11 and could not connect. Again today I tried to connect @ 2 GMT and still not connecting.

Is anyone else having the same issues or does anyone know when First Age will be back up.

Its either Genesis is carrying out major work or he made a big boo boo.

Yeah same, couldn't connect. Most likely hes doing things that require us not to be making changes while its happening.

Same issue, still haven't been able to connect today. No clue what's going on.

I think this is the longest I have seen it down. Its going on the third day now and still no access. Might see if I can get some information on when it will be back up.

Yeah, it's rather annoying. Most of us pay(ed) to play and not being able to log in is a bit of a money waste I'd say... Let us know what you find out!

If it's down because of a disaster, it's one thing. If it's going to be down for several days because they are upgrading or servicing, I'm hoping they do something nice for us paying customers.

Meanwhile, I'm worried about Diomedes. Haven't heard from him in quite a while in game, and he has not responded to my emails. His spots and temples are gone. Other order mates haven't seen him either.

I managed to get in contact with them and it appears they did not know it was down. It is up and running now for the last couple of hours.

As for Diomedes... I haven't seen him since my re-return. As far as his temples and locations are concerned, I wouldn't worry about it. I spoke briefly with Genesis about some of the new stuff and he told me that he was working on restoring the First Age specific necessary locations (IE temples).

I just got booted off and can't get back in, yet again...

Yup, cant connect... think we need to remember that its going down because changes are getting made... so its not all bad

I tried logging in with zmud and it would not. i went to firstage.net to check java and it sent me to legends when i clicked play now. They could have sent us an email or something to let us know, it would be down. I dont know when this happened but it is 10 am EST here and its still down. Is anyone else having this issue?

Im Having the same problem, I can't connect with cmud and When I go to the site and try to log in, it says Connection Closed

The play button is STILL redirecting to Legends? Genesis was pissed when I told him about that.

Yeah. It's still going there from the main page. I noticed if you go to any other pages on firstage.net then click Play Now from there, it will give you FA's typical javalon.
