The "Play Now" Button Controversy

In another thread, Gigi pointed out that the PLAY NOW button on the First Age website links you to Legends rather than First Age.

Good heavens! Was this a sign that First Age is definitely being phased out? I asked Genesis.

Here is part of his reply to me. (He also responded to other things I had asked about, and I'll keep that private.)

"Whatever the future of First Age. PLAY NOW - First Age site - going to Legends. That's an enormously annoying f'ing oversight, a temporary diversion when we were moving servers that's been left in place. It'll be sorted."

You didn't by any chance find out if he is bringing in any new changes?

Somethings up.... Genesis is on and Ive noticed some things that are a bit different... ^.^

Genesis, the god of time tells you, "There's likely to be an awful lot of teething
issues relating to this update - bringing the First Age gamesystem into line with all
things available on Legends. That isn't to say, of course, it has all the stuff Legends
has -- it remains as it was in terms of gamespeed and any new abilities you see are not
permanent, open for debate etc.".
