Problems with connecting to Firstage?

Is it just me, or has someone else problems? I have not been able to log in Firstage today. (May 1st..)

Well, I got in anyways. Useless thread now. >.>

I couldn't sleep and had the same trouble logging in hours ago, finally slept and now can get in, so must have just been a connection issue

Aghh, I haven't been able to connect for over the past 10 hours, I actually got sleep but now I'm suffering from withdrawl!

Anyone know an effective way to log onto avalon from work... where they ban lots of sites such as game sites?

I think they are smarter than that, doesn't seem to work.

try Windows key+R and enter telnet://198.77.14.129:23
they probably also blocked command lines, so notepad won't work
and they also blocked java?

also, try putting the folder of Zmud in an usb-stick, and open the usb stick at work and start zmud.exe, should work
or even better, AVplay

is the server down anyone know? cant get connected and seems contact for support forms is being fixed just want to see if it is my pc and software or the site down

Yay Indeed, lets hope they fixed somethings while it was down

The server seems to be down again -- haven't been able to log on since last night (more than ten hours at this point) using any client.

Lets hope they are making some changes while its down. Might make it worth the effort to stay on for more than a couple of hours.

A nice thought. The server was rebooted earlier today, but this evening I gave up playing after it disconnected me five times. Moreover, I had a legion complete building some equipment, and after a disconnect and signing back in, the equipment was gone.

Sounds like they rebooted to a former date. We can say good buy to any lessons we gained between that time. Bloody pain when that happens.

Yeah, the equipment is still gone. And I'm still getting disconnected every few minutes.

is it still down? I can't connect but it could be this computer going evil on me.

I was able to connect with no problems yesterday evening (7pm-midnight EST).
