Feminism killed Chivalry.

Love at first sight is dead too... killed by women wanting the "bad boy" instead.

Guys who let women walk over them is dead because boys are raised by their mothers, taught to treat a girl like that, instead of by their fathers who would teach the boy to be a man.

Why is it now, that women realize that staying home, having kids and raising them can be just as rewarding to them? Why is it now that women say that there is hardly anymore real men around? Why do all the girls know that i'm known as a man-whore and tell them I want to seduce them... and I still get the girl?

The answer: Women are weird!

You seem to think chivalry is dead and that being a man means treating women like shit.

It isn't dead, it is inside you and only requires you to be the master of yourself instead of letting your lust control you.

Man or Woman, some people will always think they want to be abused or controlled, confusing their need for security and acceptance. That's life, but because you find a few of these people doesn't mean everyone does or that most people do.

If you make advances to a girl and she accepts, there isn't a problem, most of the time. But be aware, here in the US, if she isn't of age, even if she tells you she is, then you have broken the law. You don't even have to have real sex with her. All you have to do is agree to and you can go to jail. You will be labeled a sex offender and all your movements will be known to everyone in your neighborhood wherever you go.

As I mentioned, if the girl accepts your advances, there isn't a problem in Firstage. As a god in Firstage I have received many complaints from women about being harassed by males. I only step in when it goes too far and the first thing I do is warn them against harassment.

I admit I am prejudice against abusers of any sort, men against women or women agaisnt men. Abuse is abuse. I have my reasons. Roleplaying an abusive character in Firstage can be very tricky and close to the line. I try to keep that in mind, but it isn't easy. You players may not see what you are doing to others, but I do. And if you feel I am being unfair, think of this. I would rather step in and nip it in the bud than take the chance to let someone suffer abuse by doing nothing and saying, it is just roleplay.

Someone is always pushing the limits of this type of persecution and I have seen players quit because of it. Most times it is because of bruised egos and stupid jealousies. If people satisfied all the girls like you think you do, why are they complaining to me at all?

Ok i've deleted or edited all the posts on the subject. I've tried to keep it nice. Stick to the relvant section for flaming. That goes for gods too.

And geeze, Sparky only had Human Rights thrown in his face.

Diomedes, you are welcome and encouraged to post on a different section how to act according to the ideals of chivalry. For knights and those that should be reached by all firstage members, and players as a whole. You may even include a warning about what is acceptable and what isn't. That would be a great benefit to the forum.
