All right, well I've asked pretty much everyone I met about this, and pestered Genesis about it, too, so I might as well give it one last try on here
After playing my first month, some problems came up and I quit for...four months, I believe. When I returned, my REM would not work properly so I did not find out about it till about a week or so ago (I'm really bad with time, and I have an awful memory as well, so it's a good idea to NOT trust the things I say). Anyhow, when REM started working for me again, I found an unfamiliar quest in it, namely The Description Quest, and the following info:

The Description Quest (Difficuty 25/100): "As you grow in the land the experiences you have will change you and leave their mark on every part of your person. Others can see the effects on your physical being if they examine you closely. Create a custom description reflecting your life so far and return to me for this quest.". It is to the self-same questmaster you must return once the quest is done and type SUCCESS DESCRIPTION."

Like I said, I have asked most everyone I met about it, and no one knew. Genesis said I should try someone highranked in my city. I have asked Illyism about it since he was a baron, he knew nothing, and for arguments sake, I went and tried Lady Augustine.
This is no CITY EXPERIENCE quest, nor a GUILD HONOUR quest, as I have had many city quests while retaining this one, and I'm on LW list, therefore not qualified to take on a guild honour quest. When I aquired the quest, I had already had a description, though I have tried redoing it three times over since I noticed the quest. But still, when I type SUCCESS DESCRIPTION, I get this:

You have not yet been declared to have completed the Description Quest. Find the quest-master or someone else of authority to assess you, to bestow completed-status on on you.

Does anyone have any information whatsoever regarding this quest? I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

AH! This quest to me looks like an xpquest which is normally designed by a guildmaster or baron. What it is asking you to do is to make a description of yourself for all to see when they ex you. Once this is done you would need to go back to who ever designed the quest and they can then complete it for you if you have carried out the correct requirments.

To make a description of yourself type describe me and then just use your imagination to create what you look like e.g. Before you stands the cross eyed, bandy legged, hunched over form of Gigi. As you look at this intensely grotesque figure you also smell an odour so vile emanating from this monstrosity that your eyes begin to water, and your stomach begins to retch.

Or something along those lines. Ill try and see if I can find out who created it but it is more than likely a baron of your city. Read help xpquest for more information.
